For the orders before the status “prepare for shipment”, you can cancel them directly.
For the orders at the status “prepare for shipment” or shipped, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
* All orders for fansign event albums (only cancellations during the sales period are allowed) and group orders albums cannot be cancelled.
